You should note that VodCorr Limited may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. VodCorr Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.

A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Placement of an order

Age Restriction:

We will not sell to anyone who is under the legal drinking requirement of 18 years of age, as the law requires. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying as a gift, the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

If our couriers are in any doubt, they will request ID in the way of a Driving License or Passport.

If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the product(s), and they will remain the property of VodCorr Limited.

​All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charge will be charged as extra, dependent upon your chosen option.

Acceptance of an order

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.

Delivery

We deliver only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).

Our delivery lead-time is 2-3 working days.

Our Couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

We will not leave any product unsigned for.

Our Couriers will only deliver to the main consignee, or nominated alternative. This person(s) must be present to receive the product(s), as signature will be required for proof of receipt.

Please ensure you have photo ID ready to present to the courier.

Any failed deliveries will be returned to VodCorr Limited, and a redelivery charge will be incurred for a re-send.

• Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so, in part or full, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Policy

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days. If you would like to cancel or return your order, please contact us as soon as possible.On cancellation, or return of products, we will make a refund to you of the full value of the payment made to us. Where you have part-paid for products using a promotional code, we will only re-credit the value of which you have actually paid.

Delivery charges will only be refunded in the instance of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

All refunds will be made within 10 working days of a cancelled order, or receipt of returned goods.

If your order has already been dispatched, you have the right to refuse delivery and your order will be returned to us. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return to us at the address listed at the foot of the website, with the charge being covered by yourselves

Liability

We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.

Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.

Severance

If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
